Our Original Baguette has a thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture — making it perfect for everything from a banh mi sandwich loaded with pickled vegetables to a perfectly toasty base for tomato bruschetta or even served in all its simple crusty glory, hot out of the oven. The only thing it can’t do is open a can. You’ll need an actual Swiss Army knife for that!

Ingredients
Tapioca Starch, Water, Eggs, Olive Oil, Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Milk, Salt.
Directions
Oven & Toaster Oven: Preheat and cook frozen baguette at 375 degree F for 14-17 minutes. For crispier crust, increase heat to 400 degree F and cook for 12-15 min. Air Fryer: Preheat and cook frozen baguette at 350 degree F for 8-10 minutes. Cook times may vary.
Keep frozen. Refreeze as needed, do not refrigerate.
