For those watching their sodium, we created this version of our Hearty French Country Vegetable Soup. It’s made with organic long-grain red rice slowly simmered with organic vegetables and thyme French herbs. Amy’s Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. Ingredients
Filtered Water, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Organic Onions, Organic White Beans, Organic Zucchini, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Long-Grain Red Rice, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Spices, Organic Black Pepper.

Directions
Do not add water. Shake before opening. Ovens may vary. MIcrowave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
