Go-chu-jang, a sweet-hot-salty traditional Korean sauce, blends perfectly with tender Hokkien noodles, bok choy, carrots, cabbage and sesame seeds to create this Korean-style bowl full of flavor. Ingredients
Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Lactic Acid. Sauce: Cane Syrup, Gochujang Hot Sauce (wheat Flour, Rice Syrup, Water, Red Pepper Powder, Salt, Wheat, Defatted Soybean Powder, Cooking Rice Wine, Koji), Soy Sauce (water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Water, Rice Vinegar, Onion Puree (onion, Water, Citric Acid), Canola Oil, Sesame Oil, Garlic Puree (garlic, Citric Acid). Salt, Corn Starch, Sesame Seeds, Ginger Puree (ginger, Water, Citric Acid). Toppings: Dehydrated Cabbage, Dehydrated Bok Choy, Dehydrated Carrot, Roasted Sesame Seeds.

Directions
No microwave? Place dry toppings and noodles in bowl. Add boiling water up to the line. Cover with lid film and let stand for 2 minutes, mix noodles, then let stand covered for another 2 minutes until noodles are tender. Drain noodles well; add sauce and stir well. Enjoy! Microwave Heating Instructions: 1. Completely remove lid film and place dry toppings and noodles in bowl. Add about 1/4 cup of water. (Ignore water line on bowl). 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. (Time is based on 1200 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate). (Caution! Bowl will be hot). 3. Add sauce and stir well. Enjoy the goodness! Caution! Contents are hot after heating. Handle with care.

Serving Tips: Mix in kimchi for an added kick. Add grilled beef, chicken or tofu for even more protein.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
