Directions
• Skillet: Heat a non-stick pan to medium to medium-high heat and cook for 12-13 minutes, turning frequently to reach an internal temperature of 165 ̊F.
• Griddle: Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475°F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
• Grill: Set the grill at 500 ̊F. Cook for about 10 minutes, to reach an internal temperature of 165 ̊F.
• Not recommended: Microwaving, boiling, or deep frying.
• Storage and Prep: Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 10 days of thawing.

*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.
