Beef, Ketchup (Red Ripe Tomatoes, Distilled Vinegar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Salt, Spice, Onion Powder, Natural Flavoring), Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Molasses, Worcestershire Sauce (Water, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Corn Syrup Solids, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Spices, Spice Extractives, Silicon Dioxide), Mustard (Water, Distilled Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Mustard Bran, Salt, Tuner,), Soybean Oil, Salt, Red Pepper, Black Pepper.

Directions
Microwave Oven: 1. Remove lid and loosely replace on top of container. 2. Heat on high (100%) for 2 minutes. 3. Stir meat and heat on high (100%) for another 2 minutes or until product is hot. Times may vary based on microwave wattage. 4. After heating, let rest for 1 minute, remove top, stir and serve. Stove Top: 1. Remove product from container and place in medium sauce pan. 2. Heat over medium-low h eat for 8 minutes or until product is hot. 3. Stir several times. Heating Instructions: (For best results, thaw in refrigerator before heating). Caution: Container and its contents will be hot. Handle with care.
