100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, Vital Wheat Gluten, Cinnamon Flakes (sugar, Vegetable Oil [palm, Palm Kernel], Cinnamon, Sunflower Lecithin, Wheat Flour), Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, Palm Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Honey Powder (honey, Wheat Starch), Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate, Dried Maple Syrup, Leavening (monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Natural Flavor, Sea Salt.

Directions: 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. For best results, add 1/4 cup cold water or use provided fill line (use milk for 2 g extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Add 10-15 seconds if wet spots are dime sized or larger. Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time as needed. Caution! Cup and contents will be hot. Warm fresh minute Flapjack: Add 1/4 cup water or milk or use provided fill line. Microwave 60 seconds.
