Every stay includes a grocery run. The only question is whether it happens somewhere you earn nothing from — or on a channel you own.

What RoomBox is

Room service for groceries
and essentials.

The first concierge shopping and delivery service built specifically for hospitality. Your guests order everything they'd normally leave the property to buy; we shop it, deliver it, and have it waiting in the room. You add a premium amenity and a new transaction stream at no cost.

No added staff, nothing to buy or learn, no hassle for the property.

The opportunity

Guests want the comforts of home. Getting them is a hassle you're absorbing.

The first hour of a stay is spent hunting down water, coffee, diapers, snacks, and sunscreen. It's the least glamorous part of travel — and the part guests remember when it goes badly.

What guests are looking for

  • Personal care & essentials. Toiletries, medicine, sunscreen, laundry.
  • Snacks, water, coffee, alcohol. The brands they actually drink at home.
  • Family necessities. Formula, diapers, kid food, allergy-safe staples.
  • Real groceries for a real kitchen. Condo-hotels and rentals sell a kitchen the guest then has to fill.

What it costs them to get it

  • Hours of a short trip. A rideshare, a supermarket, and a haul back — on day one.
  • Offensive markups. Delivery-app pricing, service fees, tip, and a surprise total.
  • A logistical headache. Wrong substitutions, missing items, no one to call.
  • And your front desk absorbs it. Inundated with guest deliveries — unvetted couriers in your elevators, bags stacking up behind the desk, guests handing out room numbers.

Every one of those transactions could have been yours.

When on-site options fall short on selection or on price, guests immediately shop elsewhere — and they aren't ordering a $14 jar of nuts from the minibar, they're ordering a week of groceries from an app that gives your property nothing but the foot traffic. RoomBox turns those runs to the store into your transactions: a seamless amenity for the guest, a new revenue stream for the property.

Why properties add it

An amenity that pays you instead of costing you.

Most guest-experience upgrades are an expense line you justify with satisfaction scores. This one shows up on both sides of the ledger.

Boost RevPOR

You earn a share of every order your guests place — incremental spend that was already happening during the stay, on a channel that previously returned you nothing.

You give guests back their first day

They walk into a stocked room instead of straight back out to a supermarket. The most frustrating hour of the trip disappears before it starts.

One vetted partner instead of a dozen strangers

A single insured, background-checked team on a scheduled delivery window — replacing a stream of anonymous couriers wandering your property with no chain of custody.

A booking differentiator you can market

“Arrive to a fully stocked room” is a line you can put on your listing, your direct-booking page, and your pre-arrival email — and no competitor down the street can match it.

Visibility into what your guests actually want

See what's being ordered at your property — by category, by season, by guest type. It's demand data for your own building that you've never had access to.

Complementary to F&B, not competitive

It doesn't touch your restaurants, bars, or minibar. Nobody was ever going to order a case of water, oat milk, and laundry detergent from room service — those are the categories RoomBox covers.

The cost to you

There isn't one.

RoomBox carries the platform, the shopping, the delivery, the payments, and the guest support. You provide the guests you already have.

No platform to license
No physical installation
No inventory or hardware
No added labor
No maintenance
No monthly fee

No exclusivity clause and no long-term contract. If it isn't working for your property, you turn it off.

Guest response

A service guests actually thank you for.

The amenity lands in reviews because it solves a problem every traveller recognizes — and it's your property's name attached to the fix.

I was so pleased with our experience…

I was so pleased with our experience with RoomBox! The ordering process was easy with lots of choices. The order was delivered on time right before my arrival at the hotel. They texted me to alert me about the arrival. Saved me precious vacation time not having to go to the grocery store. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It can not be easier to stock your fridge when you are at 35,000 feet on a plane!

Impressive.

Smooth delivery and accurate representation of the products ordered. Will definitely use again.

How it works

For your guest, three steps. For you, almost none.

The guest experience and the property experience are deliberately separate. Shopping, delivery, support, payments, and compliance all sit on our side of the line.

The guest side — three steps

1

They shop before they arrive

After booking, guests reach your property's RoomBox page and choose from thousands of everyday grocery and convenience products — the real brands, at honest prices, with a clear total.

2

We shop, pack, and deliver

Our shopping team hand-picks every order, packs it, and delivers it to the property inside a scheduled window ahead of check-in. No substitutions without asking.

3

They skip the grocery run entirely

The room is stocked when they walk in. Their first hour goes to the beach, the meeting, or the pool instead of a supermarket parking lot.

The property side — what we handle

1

We set you up

We add your property as a selectable venue and confirm the operational details: where boxes are received, delivery access, whether alcohol is permitted on-site, and whether pre-stocking is placed in-room or held at the desk. Nothing to install and no extra staff — we can go live on nothing more than a link.

2

Guests meet RoomBox before arrival

Your guests get a branded link through pre-arrival email, SMS, or booking confirmation. In-suite QR codes catch the ones who didn't order ahead — so the guest who lands and realizes they need coffee still orders from you, not an app. Properties that want RoomBox surfaced inside their own booking or pre-arrival flow can connect to us directly; it's an option, never a requirement.

3

We handle every delivery

RoomBox shops, delivers, and pre-stocks each order at your property. Guests arrive to a prepared stay without your team lifting a finger.

4

Guest support is on us

We field every inquiry, order change, and delivery question directly. Your front desk never adjudicates a missing item or a late delivery — that call comes to us.

5

Payments & compliance stay with us

Secure card processing and digital ID verification on alcohol orders run entirely on our side. Your property is never exposed to the transaction, the liability, or the compliance burden.

6

You share in the revenue

Every order is tracked in real time on your dashboard, and we pay out your revenue share monthly. A new retail stream with zero cost and zero risk to the property.

Two ways to serve it

Stocked before arrival, or delivered mid-stay.

Most properties run both. One captures the arrival moment; the other keeps earning for the length of the stay.

Pre-stocked

Ready before they open the door

The order is placed ahead of check-in and the room is stocked when the guest walks in — groceries put away, drinks chilled, essentials set out. It's the highest-impact version of the service and the one guests talk about afterward.

Best for: suites, condo-hotels, families, extended stays, VIP arrivals.

On demand

Whatever they ran out of, same day

Guests reorder during the stay in one-hour delivery windows. This is the transaction that otherwise goes straight to a delivery app — and on a longer stay it happens more than once.

Best for: stays past three nights, groups, rentals with kitchens.

Who it fits

Built for properties where the stay is longer than a night.

The longer the stay and the more kitchen a guest has, the more grocery spend is currently walking off your property.

Straight answers

The questions operators actually ask.

Everything an owner, GM, or asset manager wants nailed down before they say yes.

Does this cannibalize our in-room dining or minibar?

No — it addresses the categories you don't sell. A guest ordering a case of water, oat milk, diapers, and laundry detergent was never going to order those from room service. In practice RoomBox absorbs the spend that currently leaves the building entirely, which is why properties running both see food & beverage hold steady.

What does our staff actually have to do?

Receive a delivery, the same as any package or amenity drop. If you've opted into in-room pre-stocking, your team grants access on a scheduled window the way they would for a turndown or an amenity placement. There's no terminal, no inventory count, and nothing new for them to learn.

Can RoomBox connect to our booking flow or PMS?

It can, and it doesn't have to. The default setup runs on a branded link and in-suite QR codes with nothing connected — that's how most properties launch, and it's how you can be live in days. For brands and management companies that want RoomBox surfaced inside their own pre-arrival flow, app, or guest portal, we support a lightweight API connection. It's optional, we build and maintain it, and there's no platform for your team to license, learn, or pay for either way.

What happens if a guest has a problem with their order?

They contact us, not your front desk. RoomBox owns the order end to end — sourcing, substitutions, delivery, refunds, and support. Your team never has to adjudicate a grocery complaint.

How does the property get paid?

You earn a share of every order placed by a guest at your property, reconciled and paid out on a regular schedule with an itemized statement. There is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.

Can you handle alcohol?

Yes, where your property permits it. Alcohol is a separate category you can enable or disable per property, and it's ID-verified at handoff. Plenty of operators turn it on specifically to stop guests from hauling in their own.

Do we have to sign an exclusive or a long-term contract?

No. There's no exclusivity clause and no term commitment. Properties stay because the revenue and the guest feedback justify it, not because they're locked in.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. There is no setup fee, no subscription, no hardware, and no minimum volume. Your only investment is putting the link in front of guests who have already booked.

Where do you currently operate?

Greater Miami and Fort Lauderdale today, with new markets opening as partner demand justifies them. If you operate outside South Florida, tell us where — expansion follows properties that want it.

Add RoomBox

Because room service shouldn't stop at food.

The grocery run has always been the overlooked part of travel. Tell us about your property and we'll show you exactly what it looks like running under your name.

  • A 15-minute call, not a sales cycle. We'll tell you on that call whether your property is a fit.
  • Live in days, not quarters. Live on a link, with no procurement cycle and nothing to license.
  • Nothing to approve but a link. You keep full control of how and where it's offered.
