Art Basel Week in Miami Beach: Stock Your Room Before the Events

Art Basel week fills every hour. Fair days, gallery openings, dinners and parties run back to back, and none of them leave time for a trip to the supermarket.
Order before you fly. We deliver groceries, drinks and essentials to hotels and rentals across Miami Beach, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, so breakfast, water and a stocked bar are there when you get in.
Why order before you land
Art Basel Miami Beach runs December 4–6, 2026, with VIP preview days on December 2–3, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The wider Miami Art Week runs from November 30 to December 6. Your schedule is set before you arrive. Your fridge should be too.
- No time for errands. Between the fair and the evening events, a store run costs you an afternoon you don't have.
- Hotel minibars are expensive. Several bottles of water and snacks from the minibar add up over a week.
- You'll host people. Friends, clients and colleagues come back to the room or the rental. Have drinks and something to eat ready.
- Mornings start early. Coffee and breakfast in the room beat a line at the café before the fair opens.
- Personal care items add up. Sunscreen, toothpaste, shampoo and other basics are easy to forget, and Miami sun means you'll need sunscreen from day one. Order them with your groceries instead of paying hotel gift-shop prices.

How to get it delivered
Ordering takes a few minutes in your browser. There is no app to download.
- Tell us where you're staying. Choose your hotel, or choose your host and enter your rental's address.
- Fill your cart. Work through the list above.
- Check out. Add your arrival date and time. You'll see the full cost, including delivery, before you place your order.
At a hotel, you don't need the delivery address. Choose your hotel and use the name on your reservation. If you aren't there when it arrives, most hotels will hold your order at the front desk. If needed, we'll coordinate in-person handoff when it's convenient for you.
At a rental, your order is delivered during a time window when someone will be on-site to receive it.
At select hotels and partner rentals, we pre-stock your stay before you arrive. Select your hotel or host at checkout and you'll see whether that's offered.
When to order
Order as soon as your trip is booked. There's no limit on how far ahead you can order, and it's one less thing to handle the week you travel.
For pre-stocking, order at least 12 hours ahead. Landing on a morning flight? Order the day before.
For a set delivery time, schedule it. Pick the day and time that suit your arrival or the gap before an evening event.
Order platters and charcuterie early. They're made to order and need at least 24 hours' notice.
Need more mid-week? Order on demand when the water or the ice runs out and we bring it to you fast.
