How to Pre-stock Your Villa Rental in Miami

A family gathered behind a white Miami waterfront villa, grandparents at the patio table with iced drinks, two men at the grill, a woman on a lounger and two kids splashing in the pool, with palms and the bay beyond

You've booked the villa. Five bedrooms, a heated pool, a summer kitchen and a dock. The last thing anyone wants on the first afternoon is a supermarket run.

Pre-stocking solves that. You send one order ahead, we shop it, and it's waiting in the home when you walk in: the fridge filled, the pantry set, the wine chilled and the platters ready. This guide covers how it works at a villa or large home rental in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, what to order for a big group, and when to place the order.

Start your order

What villa pre-stocking means

We stock the home before you arrive. Our team shops your order, brings it to the villa ahead of check-in and puts it away. Drinks and perishables go in the fridge. Snacks and pantry items are set out and organized.

That matters more at a large home than anywhere else. A villa that sleeps sixteen is usually reset between stays with a starter supply of paper goods and soap, and an empty fridge. Feeding sixteen people from there takes a cart, two cars and most of an afternoon.

Pre-stocking is offered at our partner properties. Select your host at checkout and you'll see whether it's available for your stay.

Who it's for

Pre-stocking is most popular with the groups who book big homes:

  • Families sharing a villa for a holiday or a reunion, with kids, grandparents and dietary needs to cover.
  • Celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, and milestone trips.
  • Friends' getaways who want to spend the first night at the pool, not in the parking lot.
  • Corporate retreats and offsites that need breakfast, coffee and snacks ready for the first session.
  • Event weeks, when restaurants are booked out and a stocked kitchen means you can host at home.

What to order for a large group

A large home order is bigger and broader than a hotel order. Think in meals and moments, not just a grocery list.

The kitchen

  • Breakfast for every morning: coffee, milk and creamer, eggs, bread, bagels, yogurt, cereal and fruit
  • Fresh produce, meat and seafood for nights you cook or hire a private chef
  • Cooking basics: oil, salt, pepper, butter and spices
  • Kids' favorites and snacks for between meals

The bar

  • Wine for dinner and the pool: rosé, white, red and champagne
  • Spirits and mixers for cocktails, plus limes, lemons and plenty of ice
  • Beer and hard seltzers for the pool and the dock
  • Cases of water, sparkling water, juice and soda

Beer, wine and spirits are delivered with a 21+ ID check, either at delivery or through a digital check online before your order arrives.

Platters and entertaining

  • Charcuterie boxes and cheese boards for arrival drinks
  • Fruit and vegetable platters for the pool and the patio
  • Sandwich and wrap platters for a boat day or a busy afternoon
  • A bakery cake for a birthday or a celebration

Platters, charcuterie boxes and bakery cakes are made to order and need at least 24 hours' notice. Order them early.

Essentials for a full house

  • Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags in volume
  • Dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods
  • Plates, cups and napkins for meals by the pool
  • Sunscreen and anything someone forgot to pack

Planning one order for the whole group

Big groups run smoother when one person owns supplies.

  • Collect requests early. Ask the group for drinks, favorite snacks and dietary needs before you check out.
  • Cover dietary needs up front. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, kosher and organic options are part of the catalog.
  • Plan by day. Count breakfasts, dinners at home and the nights you'll entertain, then order to match.
  • Coordinate with your chef. If you're hiring a private chef, ask what they'd like on hand and add it to your order.
  • Top up during the stay. When the ice, water or wine runs low, order again on demand.

How to set it up

Ordering takes a few minutes in your browser. There is no app to download.

  1. Tell us where you're staying. Choose your host, enter the villa's address and add your arrival date and time.
  2. Fill your cart. Work through the lists above.
  3. Check out. You'll see the full cost, including delivery and any pre-stocking fee, before you place your order.

If pre-stocking isn't offered at your rental, you can still order ahead. Schedule a delivery for a time window when someone in the group will be at the home to receive it and put the cold items away.

When to order

Order as soon as your stay is booked. There's no limit on how far ahead you can order.

For pre-stocking, order at least 12 hours ahead. Arriving on a morning flight? Order the day before.

Order platters, charcuterie and cakes at least 24 hours ahead. They're made to order.
