Preparation Instructions: For best results, rinse and soak rice for 20 minutes prior to cooking. Using a medium saucepan, bring 1-1/2 cups of water and 1 cup rice to a boil. Stir, cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Don’t touch for 10 minutes. Servings as prepared=4.
For best shelf life, store uncooked rice in refrigerator after opening.
