Directions
In a skillet, warm a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with oil. Add the Fajita Chick’n and sauté until thoroughly crisped and browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
In the oven, preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the Fajita Chick’n evenly on a prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and roast for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until thoroughly crisped & browned.
