Ingredients
Wheat Flour Tortilla (Whole Wheat Flour, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Coconut Oil, Sugar, Less than 2% of: Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch), Mono and Diglycerides, Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Yeast), Chik’n Strips (Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Soybean Oil, Wheat Gluten, Seasoning (Yeast Extract, Salt, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid), Isolated Soy Protein, Modified Cellulose, Yeast Extract, Salt), Vegan Curry Sauce (Water, Onion, Coconut Cream (Coconut Extract, Water, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), Red Bell Pepper, Tomato, Soybean Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Sea Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Corn Starch, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Cumin, Jalapeno Chili Pepper, Dried Coriander, Turmeric, Cilantro, Cayenne Chili Pepper, Fenugreek Seed), Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Cooked Lentil (Yellow Lentil, Water), Peas.

Directions
Cook & Eat (100 watts): Microwaves and ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let cool before enjoying. Remove wrapper and place Alpha Wrap on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove wrapper and place frozen Alpha Wrap on oven-safe dish. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes.

Keep frozen.
