Wheat Flour Tortilla (Whole Wheat Flour, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat, Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Coconut Oil, Sugar, Less than 2% of: Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch), Mono and Diglycerides, Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Yeast), Steakless Strips (Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Soybean Oil, Wheat Gluten, Natural Flavors, Modified Cellulose, Yeast Extract, Malt Extract, Salt, Psyllium Husk, Spice). Cooked Rice (Jasmine White Rice, Water), Vegan Spicy Oriental Style Sauce (Water, Tomato, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol), Onion, Rice, Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger, White Distilled Vinegar, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Tamarind Extract, Sea Salt, Chili Pepper, Corn Starch, Powder), Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions.

Directions
Cook thoroughly. Cook & Eat (1100 Watts): Remove wrapper and place Alpha Wrap on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove wrapper and place frozen Alpho Wrap on oven-safe dish cook for 12-15 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes.

Keep frozen.
