Microwave or regular oven. Amy loves our Mac & Cheese, but some of her friends, like many Amy’s customers, are not able to eat it because they are gluten intolerant. So we decided to create a dish that does not include any wheat, and searched until we found a macaroni-style pasta made from organic rice. Then we covered the tender rice pasta with the same smooth cheese sauce that has made our Mac & Cheese so popular, and came up with this great-tasting dish for all our customers to eat and enjoy. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy’s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. Organic Rice Pasta (organic Rice Flour, Water), Organic Lowfat Milk, Cheddar Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Grade Aa Butter (cream, Salt), Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Sea Salt, Organic Annatto.
Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Remove over wrap. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
