From our home to yours. Amy’s Mushroom Risotto captures the essence of this traditional Italian favorite. Tender Arborio rice in a creamy sauce and the rich flavor of mushrooms combined with organic green peas achieve the delicious perfection of a truly fine risotto. Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy’s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy’s products.

Ingredients
Organic Arborio Rice, Organic Mushrooms, Filtered Water, Organic Peas, Organic Grade Aa Butter (organic Cream, Salt), Organic Onions, Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Sea Salt, Powdered Wild-crafted Porcini Mushrooms, Black Pepper.

Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven (Preferred Method): Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Stovetop: Remove food from bowl. Place in a double boiler and cover. Bring water to a boil then reduce to low. Steam for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir well before serving.
