Amy loves this satisfying lentil soup made from her mom’s favorite recipe. It has a rich, delicious flavor, and the organic lentils are a good source of protein and fiber. This light in sodium soup has all the flavor but contains at least 50% less sodium than our regular soup. Amy’s Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. Ingredients
(vegan): Filtered Water, Organic Lentils, Organic Celery, Organic Carrots, Organic Onions, Organic Potatoes, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Bay Leaves.
Directions
Do not add water. Directions: Shake before opening. Ovens may vary.
Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 1-1/2 – 2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
