Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Spinach, Low Fat Cottage Cheese (cultured Skim Milk, Cream, Salt, Vitamin A Palmitate), Feta Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Culture, Enzymes), Canola Oil, Cream Cheese (pasteurized Cultured Milk And Cream, Salt, Stabilizers [guar And Carob Bean Gums]), Corn Starch, Eggs, Dehydrated Onion, Contains Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Natural Cheese Flavors, Salt, Lemon Juice, Dextrose, Cultured Wheat Flour (preservative), Spice, Dill, Modified Food Starch.

Directions
Cook thoroughly. Preparation Instructions: Preheat conventional oven to 375 degrees F. Remove all appetizers from packaging & arrange on a baking tray spaced 1/4 inch apart. Place baking tray on center rack in oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven & let stand for 2-3 minutes. Serve & enjoy. Alternately, place appetizers in an air fryer leaving 1/4 inch space between each appetizer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Product should reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted. Do not microwave.
