Directions
Get the Best from Your Pasta, Cooking the Italian Way: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to water, stirring occasionally. 3. For authentic al dente pasta, boil for 7 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an extra minute. 4. Drain well and serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
