Mini Farfalle, a smaller version of Farfalle, is also referred to as “bow-tie” pasta. Inspired by the shape of a butterfly, it is sure to please the whole family.
Mini Farfalle’s fanciful shape allows it to star in a variety of recipes including light tomato-based sauces and pasta salads with vegetables.

Ingredients
Semolina (wheat), Durum Flour, Niacin, Iron (ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Directions
1.Bring 4 – 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste.
2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently.
3. Return to a boil. For authentic “al dente” pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat. Drain well.
5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
