Directions: 2. Adults: Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber into 4-8 oz. of any beverage (Not recommended for carbonated beverages) or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). For optimal results, use 3 times per day. Age: 12 yrs. And above; 2 teaspoons, 3 times daily servings. Age: 6 to 11 yrs.; 1 teaspoon, 3 times daily servings. Age: Under 6 yrs.: Ask your doctor before use servings.

Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from moisture.
