But they would have if our Paleo waffles were available. Made with coconut, tiger nut, and cassava, these are the best waffles a modern caveperson can enjoy. A Birch Benders creation, a new paleo tradition!

Ingredients
Water, Tiger Nut Flour, Cassava Starch, Eggs, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Coconut Flour, Leavening (monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt.

Directions
Heating Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Toast or heat before eating. Do not refreeze thawed product. Toaster/Toaster Oven: Heat waffles on lightest or lowest setting until hot & crispy! May require two toastings. Conventional Oven: In a preheated 400 degrees F oven, heat waffles 6-8 minutes until hot & crispy! Appliances vary: setting or time may need to be adjusted. Product will be hot. Children should be supervised while heating.

Keep frozen.
