Cook thoroughly see cooking instructions. Microwave Cooking: 1. Place 6 ears corn into a 2 quart microwave safe dish. Add 6 tbsp of water. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 11 – 12 minutes; stir ears half way through cooking. 3. Let stand covered for 1-2 minutes after cooking. Drain and serve. (Microwave ovens vary on power; adjust cooking time accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts, please use stove top instructions). Stovetop Cooking: 1. Place 6 ears corn in a large saucepan. Add cold water to cover corn. 2. Bring water to a full boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium. 3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until heated through. 4. Let stand covered for 1-2 minutes after cooking. Drain and serve. Grilling Tips: Prepare corn ears according to microwave or stove – top instructions. Place on preheated grill. Grill 3 to 4 minutes or until desired browning. For food safety quality follow these instructions carefully. For food safety and best quality cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F. Do not refreeze.
