Directions
For Food Safety & Quality Follow these Instructions Carefully: Microwave ovens vary – adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Keep frozen – do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook 1 product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Microwave Instructions: 1: Remove tray from box. 2: Microwave on high for 4 minutes. 3: Peel film back and stir thoroughly. Replace film on tray and microwave again for 3 to 4 minutes. 4: Carefully remove tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes (Stand time is important for food safety). Remove film, stir and serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Microwave directions developed with 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 1000 watts, please use oven instructions. Conventional Oven Instructions: 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2: Cut 1-inch slit in center of film. 3: Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. 4: Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven; Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes (Stand time is important for food safety). 5: Stir and serve. Caution! Contents are hot handle with care. Cook thoroughly.

Serving Suggestion: Cook Mashed Cauliflower according to package directions. Sprinkle with chopped cooked broccoli, crisp-cooked crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
