Cooked Brown Rice And Red Quinoa Blend (water, Brown Rice, Red Quinoa), Green Goddess Sauce (water, Tahini [roasted, Hulled And Ground Sesame Seeds], Red Wine Vinegar, Organic Agave Syrup, Spinach, Parsley, Modified Corn Starch, Olive Oil, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Crushed Tarragon), Broccoli, Soybeans, Green Zucchini, Roasted Pumpkin Seed Kernels.

Directions
Cook as directed. See cooking instructions. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Pull back corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Remove film and stir. 3. Replace film and microwave an additional 2 to 3-1/2 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Caution! Product will be hot!
