For stove-top preparation, pour sauce pouch and contents of the bag into a skillet with water, stir and simmer until heated through according to package instructions. For even faster preparation, microwave the garlic shrimp frozen meal according to the package instructions. Vegetables (broccoli, Carrots, Corn), Pasta With Garlic Sauce (cooked Enriched Pasta [water, Enriched Wheat Flour {durum Wheat Semolina, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid}], Soybean Oil, Modified Whey, Salt, Garlic Seasoning [garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Yeast Extract, Salt, Whey, Enzyme Modified Milkfat, Natural Flavors {with Milk}], Enriched Wheat Flour [wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Cream Flavor [maltodextrin, Lipolyzed Cream], Natural Garlic Oil Blend [medium Chain Triglycerides, Natural Flavors, Soy Lecithin]), Cooked Shrimp (shrimp, Water, Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate).

Directions
Stove Top: Preferred Method: Cook only one bag at a time. 1) Empty frozen meal into a large nonstick skillet. Add 1/3 cup of water. 2) Cover and cook over medium-high heat 10 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Do not microwave in bag. Cook only one bag at a time. 1) Empty frozen meal into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish and cover. 2) Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3) Microwave an additional 4 to 7 minutes. 4) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
