We (Alex and Andrew (aka The Bizzy Boys)) started making cold brew coffee in our cramped apartment in 2013 after being fed up with paying $5 for a cup from a coffee shop. We always strived to be our best and our quest to make the best tasting cold brew coffee was no exception.

Like most at-home cold brewers, we started by using what we had on hand, a crummy grinder and some cheap coffee beans. We couldn�t understand why we couldn�t get the same smooth and sweet flavor that they were used to getting from their local coffee shop. With Andrew�s background in R&D Engineering and my background in Consumer Research, we set out on a mission to create the best tasting cold brew coffee in the world.

We researched and tested everything from the bean to the cup. Origins, roast profiles, grind sizes, brewing temperatures, brewing times, filtration methods, packaging types, and storage conditions – every variable was researched and tested. As one could imagine, testing all of these variables meant we had copious amounts of cold brew coffee on hand. So, naturally, we started bottling it and giving it to our friends for feedback. We even went as far as to hold a 100-person panel of self-proclaimed cold brew coffee connoisseurs to ensure we were crafting the best possible product. After 3-years of research and spending tens of thousands of dollars of our own money on coffee, commercial kitchen rent, and bottles we had no choice but to quit our jobs and start selling.

5-years later, Bizzy Coffee is now the #1 Best Selling Blend of Cold Brew Coffee online and is available in grocery stores nationwide. We truly hope that you love our cold brew coffee!
