Inspired by Latin American cooking, this Adobo Mushroom Bowl combines the deep, smoky flavors of adobo sauce with portobello mushrooms and black beans for a blue zones take on the iconic birria. Our slow-simmered sauce is made with cumin, oregano, and a guajillo and ancho chili paste.

Ingredients: Birria Sauce (Tomato Puree [Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Puree], Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Ancho Chile Purée [Water, Dried Ancho Chiles], Chipotle Pepper Puree (Water, Chipotle Pepper), Sea Salt, Garlic, Chili Pepper, Spices, Apple Cider Vinegar, Shiitake Mushroom Powder, Rice Starch, Konjac), Cooked Organic Black Beans (Water, Organic Black Beans), Portabella Mushroom, Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Kale, Red Bell Pepper.

Directions
Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven: Cut film to vent, cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film and stir well. Cook an additional 1 minute or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest for 1 minute. Enjoy! Ovens vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted. Microwaves below 1100 Watts may need extra time to reach proper temperature. Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F; Place bowl in oven with film intact (don’t remove or cut it); Bake for 40 min or until temp reaches 165 degrees F; Remove film, stir well. Enjoy!
Keep frozen – Cook thoroughly.”
