Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven: Cut film to vent, cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film and stir. Cook additional 1 minute or until temp reaches 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; Place bowl in oven with film intact (don’t remove or cut it); Bake for 45 minutes or until temp reaches 165 degrees F; Remove film, stir. Enjoy! Air Fryer: Set temp for 375 degrees F; Place bowl in oven with film intact (don’t remove or cut it); Cook for 45 minutes or until temp reaches 165 degrees F; Remove film, stir. Enjoy!
