Equivalent to 14 egg whites. Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites are heated during the pasteurization process and therefore not recommended for meringues or angel food cake. Please recycle.

Shake well.

Protein Smoothies: 1/3 cup Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites. 6-8 oz of orange, pineapple or apple juice. Shake or place in blender. For a thicker shake include strawberries, bananas and/or a couple of ice cubes. For Recipe Purposes: 2 Tbsp = 1 large egg white. 1/4 Cup = 2 large egg whites. 1/2 Cup = 4 large egg whites.

Keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated.

Twisting cap breaks seal. No pull ring.

After opening, use within 7 days.
