Equivalent to 14 egg whites. Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites are heated during the pasteurization process and therefore not recommended for meringues or angel food cake. Please recycle.

Directions
Shake well.

Protein Smoothies: 1/3 cup Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites. 6-8 oz of orange, pineapple or apple juice. Shake or place in blender. For a thicker shake include strawberries, bananas and/or a couple of ice cubes.

Keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package.
