Directions
Instructions: Slow Cooker (5 or 6 qt): 1. Remove cloth bag from outer paper packaging. 2. Fill cooker with one (1) gallon of water. 3. Place bag, unopened, in water. 4. Install lid and cook on Hi (minimum of 12 Hrs). 5. Flip bag over ever 2 hrs-4 hrs, as able.6. Once bag sinks, reduce cooker to Lo. 7. Allow to cook on Lo until desired tenderness and flavor is achieved. 8. Remove bag and drain (Bag is hot!). Instant Pot (6 or 8 qt): 1. Remove cloth bag from outer paper packaging. 2. Fill pot with water to max fill line. 3. Place bag, unopened, in water. 4. Install lid and set pressure valve to sealing. 5. Cook on Hi Pressure for 4 hrs. 6. Allow pot to depressurize (Approx. 2 hrs). 7. Remove bag and drain (Bag is hot!). Peanuts are ready once bag fully sinks. For best results, allow peanuts to relax for 2-3 hrs in brine before eating. Once cooked, peanuts can be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen. They microwave nicely! Each bag yields approximately 3.5 lbs of cooked peanuts.
