Directions
Storage: Powder may settle during shipping. Do not use formula if inner seal is opened or damaged. Store open or unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid excessive storage temperatures. Do not freeze powder. Once opened, tightly cover open can and use within 1 month.

Twist to open. Scoop in cap.

Directions for Preparation and Use: Consult your baby’s doctor about the appropriate use of formula for your infant. 1. Sterilize bottle and utensils. Your doctor can advise if sterilizing water is necessary. Wash hands thoroughly before preparing formula. 2. Pour desired amount of water in bottle. Add powder according to Mixing Guide. Use only the scoop provided. Store dry scoop underneath cap. 3. Cap bottle and shake well. Feed immediately. Once feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: To Make Approx*: 2 Fl Oz Bottle: 2 fl oz water; 1 unpacked level scoop (8.5 g) add power; 4 Fl Oz Bottle. 4 fl oz water; 2 unpacked level scoops add power. 6 Fl Oz Bottle: 6 fl oz water; 3 unpacked level scoops add power. 8 Fl Oz Bottle: 8 fl oz water; 4 unpacked level scoops add power. *Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula.
