Chicken of the Sea® Uncooked Shrimp. This product is naturally low in fat. It is a premium product. It has 0g saturated fat and 0g sugars. It is produced in select, certified locations for color, texture and taste you can trust.

Directions
Keep frozen. Recommended thawing instructions: Place desired portion of frozen Chicken of the Sea® shrimp into a container overnight and refrigerate. Once thawed, rinse lightly under cold running water and drain. Quick thawing instructions: Place desired portion of frozen Chicken of the Sea® shrimp into a strainer and rinse lightly under cold water for approximately 5 minutes. While rinsing, rotate shrimp to ensure even thawing. Drain excess water. Shrimp is ready to cook. Cooking suggestions: Saute: heat butter or oil in a skillet. Add thawed shrimp with your choice of seasonings, garlic, vegetables, sauce or wine and saute 2 to 3 minutes. If using sauce or wine, add during the last minute of cooking. Grill: season thawed shrimp with your favorite spices or marinade before grilling if desired. Place shrimp on hot grill for approximately 2 minutes per side. Boil: add bay leaf or other seasonings before boiling if desired. Place thawed shrimp in boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Immediately place shrimp into a clean strainer and rinse lightly with cold running water; shrimp cooks quickly and becomes tough if overcooked. For food quality and safety, follow above thawing instructions. Keep shrimp frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, shrimp should be refrigerated immediately and cooked within 2 days. Do not refreeze. Best if used within 3 months of purchase.
