Drew, Mac & Luke, The Kraut brothers. Growing up with an Asian grandmother, we were introduced to exciting and delicious cuisines and fell in love with Kimchi at an early age. After years of home batches, we wanted to share our take on this classic, so we worked with local Korean chefs to develop this rich, fresh, and delicious ferment. Ingredients
Cabbage, Mustard Greens, Apple, Garlic, Sugar, Carrot, Green Onion, Salt, Gochugaru Red Pepper, Ginger.

Directions
Recommended on: Rice dishes; Egg dishes; Salads; Tacos.
