Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water Buttermilk, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Soy And/or Canola Oil, Eggs, Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Mono-and Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin. Vitamins And Minerals: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Niacinamide (vitamin B3), Reduced Iron, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Thiamin Hydrochloride (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Cyanocobalamine (vitamin B12).

Directions
Bake: To Prepare Using Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pancakes in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cover with foil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until pancakes are warm. Microwave: To Prepare Using Microwave: Stack desired number on plate. Cover with paper towel. Heat on high power: 1 pancake at 30 sec., 2 pancakes at 45 sec., and 3 pancakes at 1 min. and 15 sec.
Heating instructions developed using 1,100 watt microwave. Overheating may cause pancakes to toughen.

Keep frozen.
