Ingredients
Textured Pea Protein Blend, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Turnip Greens, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Swiss Chard, Onions, Apples, Kale, Spinach, Cooked Quinoa (quinoa, Water), Potato Flakes, Water, Parsley, Arrowroot Powder, Ginger, Rice Starch, Garlic, Oat Fiber, Sea Salt, Spices, Cayenne Pepper Powder
Directions
Skillet (preferred): Cook on medium-low to medium for approximately 6 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired, until heated through. Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven/toaster oven to bake at 450 degrees F. Bake for approximately 7 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through. Microwave (In a pinch): Remove plastic wrapping and place on microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for 1 additional minute. Product should be hot throughout. Based on a 1100-watt microwave oven. Cooking Instructions: For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking appliances may vary; cooking times may need adjusting. Caution: product will be hot.
