(2) Microwave on high. 1 Omelet: 1 min;. flip omelet; microwave for 1 min. 2 Omelets: 2 min; flip omelets; microwave for 2 min. (3) Let cool for 30 seconds, remove from wrapper and enjoy. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature. Caution, omelet will be hot!
