Omelet: Eggs, Reconstituted Skim Milk, Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, White Pepper, Filling: Sausage (pork, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Natural Flavoring), Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese (cheddar Cheese (cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Cream, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Sorbic Acid (preservative), Vegetable Color (annatto And Paprika Extract), Natamycin (preservative))

Directions
Microwave: Microwave Heating Instructions (based on an 1100 watt oven): (1) Leave omelet in wrapper, open one end. (2) Microwave on high 1 Omelet:1 min; flip omelet; microwave for another 1 min. 2 Omelets: 2 min; flip omelets; microwave for another 2 min. (3) Let cool for 30 seconds, remove from wrapper and enjoy. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature. Caution, omelet will be hot! Delicious homestyle breakfast.
