Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 350 degrees F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Croquettes. Fry the Croquettes for 5 minutes. Let set for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 165 degrees F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time. Pan Fry: In a skillet pan, preheat over medium high heat enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry the croquettes for 6 minutes. Let set for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 165 degrees F. Turn frequently. Do not fry more than 4 at a time.
