Ingredients
Corn, Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (Palm, TBHQ as Antioxidant and Citric Acid as Acidulant), Baking Powder and Salt.
Directions
Cooking Directions: Microwave: 1. Place 1/4 o cup of water and tamales in a 8 inch squeare microwave-safe baking dish, cover. 2. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 3. Remove tamales from baking dish, serve immediately. Because of difference in microwave ovens, heating time may vary. Stovetop: 1. Place tamales in a large saucepan, cover with water. 2. Bring water to a full boil over high heat. 3. Cover and reduce heat, continue to boil for 6 to 8 minutes. 4. Remove tamales from water, serve immediately.
Keep frozen.
