Egg Roll Wrapper: Bleached Wheat Flour Enriched (niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour, Potassium Bromate), Water, Corn Starch, Salt. Sweet & Sour Sauce: Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, White Vinegar, Pineapple Juice [ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Thermflo (food Starch-modified), Lemon, Salt.

Directions
Cooking Instructions: Thaw product in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place on a nonstick pan or pizza screen and bake for 8-9 minutes or deep fry at 350 degrees F for 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: If thawed. 1000 Watts for 1 to 2 minutes. Caution hot!!
