Ingredients
Water, Textured Pea Protein, Coconut Oil, Textured Wheat Protein (wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour), Vital Wheat Gluten, 2% Or Less Of: Methylcellulose, Natural Flavors, Barley Malt Extract, Garlic Powder, Salt, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Beet Juice (color Added), Lactic Acid.

Directions
Cook thoroughly. Oil grill grates and heat to medium heat. Cook patties for 6-7 minutes on e ach side (if frozen) or 5-6 minutes on each side (if thawed). On a Skillet: Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 6-7 minutes on each side (if frozen) or 5-6 minutes on each side (if thawed). Remove from skillet immediately after cooking. For Food Safety and Quality: Burgers must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Thaw in refrigerator if desired. Consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.

Keep frozen.
