Directions
Cooking instructions: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake frozen plant-based tenders on a nonstick baking sheet for 16 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through. 8-3/4 – 10-3/4 mins. Microwave (1100 watt)/Oven: short on time? Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place two frozen plant-based tenders on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once halfway through. 14 – 16 mins. Countertop air fryer: Arrange single layer of plant-based tenders on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 14 to 16 minutes. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook – it’s not meat! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
