Ingredients
Water, Extra Fancy Durum Flour, Spinach, Dehydrated Potatoes, Dehydrated Cheddar Cheese (whey, Cheddar Cheese [pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes], Butter, Buttermilk Solids, Salt, Sodium Phosphate), Canola Oil, Broccoli, Dehydrated Onions, Salt, White Pepper

Directions
Preparation Directions (Keep Frozen Until Use):
Boil – Place pierogies in boiling water. Boil gently, uncovered for 4-5 minutes. Drain.
Skillet – Place frozen pierogies in skillet and saute in oil or butter over medium heat (300°F) for approximately 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned on both sides.
Deep fry – Preheat oil to 350°F. Carefully place frozen pierogies in oil for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
Grill – Preheat countertop grilling machine at medium setting. Spray both sides of frozen pierogies with non-stick cooking spray. Grill for 5 minutes.
Microwave – In a microwave safe bowl cover frozen pierogies with water. Microwave on high for approximately 5 minutes. Drain.
