Ingredients
ALASKAN POLLOCK FILLETS, BATTER COATING, VEGETABLE OIL. ALASKAN POLLOCK FILLETS BATTER COATING RICE FLOUR, WATER, WHEAT FLOUR, BEER (WATER, BARLEY MALT, CORN, RICE, HOPS, YEAST), TAPIOCA DEXTRIN, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, WHEY, DEXTROSE, BAKING POWDER (BAKING SODA, SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, CREAM OF TARTAR), SUNFLOWER LECITHIN, XANTHAN GUM, NATURAL FLAVOR. VEGETABLE OIL CANOLA AND/OR SOYBEAN OIL.

Directions
Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 20-22 minutes total*. * Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Flip after 12 minutes. Air Fryer**. 1. Place 4 frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket. 2. Fry fillets at 400 degrees F for 9-11 minutes total*. ** Air dryer can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is needed. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended. * Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving._x000D_
