Vegetable Oil Canola And/or Soybean Oil.

Directions
Cooking Directions: Conventional OvenUncooked, keep frozen until ready to cook.1. Preheat oven to 425degF.2. Arrange on metal baking pan.3. Bake 20–24 minutes total.* Flip after 14 minutes.*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165degF or higher before serving., Keep frozen.
