VEGETABLE OIL CANOLA AND/OR SOYBEAN OIL.
Directions
Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 13-15 minutes total*. Flip after 8 minutes. For extra crunch or if cooking more than 8 fish sticks, and 3 minutes to the cooking time. *Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Air Fryer**: 1. Arrange 8 sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 2. Air fry fish sticks at 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes total*. * Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. **Air fryer can have varying operation methods and wattages.
