Because our cilantro is only lightly dried, it refreshes during cooking, giving you the closest taste, appearance and aroma to that of just-picked-from-the-garden cilantro…without the wilt guilt. No prep necessary- it’s ready to bring bright, zesty flavor to tacos, salsa, guacamole, curries, stir-fries and more. Once opened and refrigerated, it lasts up to 4 weeks.

Directions
In cooking use: 1 tbsp lightly dried cilantro = 2 tbsp fresh cilantro.
Keep refrigerated.
