Add them at the end of your cooking – to everything from eggs to baked potatoes and sour cream. Once opened and refrigerated, it lasts up to 4 weeks.

Directions
In cooking use about 1 Tbsp. of lightly dried chives to replace 2 Tbsp. of fresh chives.
