Broccoli, Carrots, Red And Yellow Bell Peppers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Salt, Garlic Powder, Spices, Rice Extract, Xanthan Gum.

Directions
Microwave (Recommended Method) 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave wattage (wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.). 1200 : 3 to 31/2 min time on high. 1000: 4 to 5 7 min time on high. 700; 5 to 51/2 min time on high. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: Important: do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Empty contents of pouch into 1-quart nonstick saucepan. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover; cook over medium heat 7 to 15 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Must cook thoroughly – see cook instructions. Cooking directions for food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers
