Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Recommended Method: 1. Remove pouch form carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave in high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; 6-1/2 to 7 min time on high. 1000; 7-1/2 to 8 min time on high. 700; 9-1/2 to 10 min. time on high. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover; cook over medium heat 17 to 25 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally.
